“Hi, I have waited until my door had been through a Caithness winter with the storms & wild weather before reviewing. I searched the internet for a door and finally found Rolerdor. Their prices were very competitive, their response to queries was immediate, delivery time was good and that they would deliver to the North Coast of Scotland for £60 was remarkable. The door arrived well within the time quoted, well packed in a strong wooden crate. Erection was a two man job which we did easily and the queries we had were answered immediately on the phone. ( the instructions, which were extensive could have been a little clearer in some parts) Now after 5 months after a Caithness winter the door has stood up to everything the weather could through at it extremely well. I am extremely pleased with the door and would highly recommend Rollerdor for their Product, service, support, price and delivery. Michael.”

“Needed to purchase some spare parts. Had a brief exchange of email with rollerdoor and they were happy to explain what I needed. Parts sent out really quickly and frankly did what they said on the tin. Very good service even a couple of years after I bought the original door which I a very happy with. I would highly recommend this company”

“Excellent product! Very well made and very easy to self-fit. I fitted two of these on a double garage and the units were accurately made and fit closely within the existing brick surrounds.The finished result looks great with no wooden frame around the door aperture and a maintenance free finish. At first I was worried about self-fitting, but they are so easy to install I would thoroughly recommend and a good saving on any similar products I could find.”

“The delivery driver took some time to talk me through all of the parts and gave me some useful tips. The unit came pre-programmed with very little setup for me to do. The paper instructions seem a little poor and has some odd translations in there, I would recommend the online PDF ones instead. I fitted it all in a day and it works perfectly. I used the somfi edge and the rubber seal came out of the bottom (safety edge) and it would not go back in so I had to glue it in place.”
