“Delivery day 1: DPD will deliver between DPD failed to deliver on three occasions over 3 days - delivery will be ....driver is running late...item is at Bristol depot...sorry we missed you - bastards never called - 3 days running and I waited in for 4 hours on 2 of those days. Finally collected from Argos. Rohan is 100% to blame for employing such a cowboy outfit and shows contempt for it's customers. Goodbye Rohan”

“If you are looking for a smart hard wareing trs that keeps your legs warm then winter fusion trs won't disappoint you, just bought my fourth pair, if they ever produce light grey or camel colour I would buy a another pair, sizes are slightly on the snug side which suits me, well done team for a great product & I speak years of experience of having my own mens shops.”

“Already owning striders I took advantage of sale discount to buy a second pair. Oh what a disappointment! Different material and changed cut to make them unwearable for anyone but the thinnest thighed people. However excellent customer service, great advice and speedy delivery soon saw a replacement pair - one size larger than my normal- on my legs. Retfunding mand return equally made easy.”

“Bought on-line. Frequent Rohan customer. Excellent products, sadly the button holes on one of the garments were too small for the buttons. I therefore needed to make a return, which is rare. The after sales service was excellent. The returns label button on the website wouldn't activate so I contacted Rohan by email. I had a speedy reply with a label attached that I could print. I was contacted immediately my returned items were received and a refund immediately processed. I was really impressed.”

“Replaces a Rogan jacket that looking a little tired after 20 years wear. This is even better with more pockets and the insulation makes out better for chilly days. Good fit. Classic looks. I’ll add a further review in 2042”

“The clothes are well made and last for years. I a wearing my reactor trousers today which must be many many years old. Great colours which allow one to mix and match. My only gripe is that when I find a great garment Rohan quite often doesn’t repeat it in the next season: and nobody hands in Rohan garments to my local charity shops!”

“I purchased a £90 hat (which was reduced to £72 and when it arrived it looked as though it had been sat on,. It wasn't in a bag only the bag it was posted in,. I have complained as it was a Christmas present, and was offered £20 allowance. I really not happy with the service.”

“My wife and I have been shopping with Rohan for a long time - perhaps as far back as the '90's, and because our interests and holidays involve wildlife and various outdoor pursuits, at least until I reached 70 in 2012, we have a wardrobe of clothes to suit holidays in most of the world, certainly from the Svalbard Archipelago to Botswana. One complaint - I like trousers with 3/4 security pockets and I do not like a hip pocket, even zipped. Apart from this, excellent service from your Cowbridge shop, comfortable, hard-wearing clothes for all climates and very "in" with current casual fashions for men and women.”
