“I am a very big fan of Rohan and always look to them first for clothing. They are well-made from high-tech materials and are first-rate for upper-body garments (shirts, jackets etc). Sadly, they are terrible for trousers, at least for me. I am 6ft 2" which means that not only am I taller than average but also, and this is the bit Rohan does not understand, longer in every other dimension too. They make trousers which are supposedly 'long fitting' but they are not. They know about the need for the inside leg to be longer, but don't understand the need for the rise to be two to three inches longer too. Just to compound the problem, there is no consistency between their lines. I have one pair of Rohan trousers (Trailblazers) that fit perfectly, but only one. Every other type I have tried has been way too short in the rise making them unwearable.”

“The process of ordering items for delivery to their local shops generally works well as it is often convenient to collect whilst out shopping. After ordering just two quite small packages recently it was a bit disappointing that we needed to make two trips to collect the items due to stock issues, otherwise it works well, particularly at a time when there is a shortage of couriers or strikes.”

“I recently bought underwear for out door activities. This is brilliant; comfortable and easy wash/dry. Just what I needed. My pink Helios jacket, I bought because I love the colour. I already have a gold one and I wear it lots. I could not resist the second one and at least my gold one gets a rest/wash now. Helios jackets are light weight, fabulously warm, windproof and great for layering under a waterproof.”

“Very soft fabric for a waterproof coat. Good fit and well styled. I'd have liked it a little longer, but that is a personal choice. I'm a wheelchair user, it does cover my knees when sitting, though a few more centimetres would have been great. The poppers all the way to hem are a good feature.”

“Rapid service, excellent products ( shirts and boot socks this time). It's a pity that Rohan won't do DDP (delivered duty paid) to the EU. Amazon, eBay and competitors such as Columbia can do it. So a £120 order including UK VAT incurs €78 in duty, EU VAT and DHL surcharges.”

“I collected my Oboz boots from your Worcester store. I was so impressed by the service there. I had ordered two pairs and socks, so had to try them and ask for advice about suitability. All my questions were patiently answered with good humour. The boots were worn on the first day and are so comfortable that no wearing in was required. I have since waded through a little stream and walked for two miles in the snow and my feet have stayed warm and dry. Please send these comments to the Worcester store. They deserve praise.”
