“Really pleased with the chino warm walking trousers, great quality, nicely warm and can be used multipurpose. Ordered online and had the trousers delivered to home (rather than c&c), arrived via GPO on time and was communicated as to day and time slot. All very good”

“Have always found their clothes well designed and fit for purpose. Sadly my latest order was just too big at the waist so I had to return it. The return was easy and I now have the money back in my bank. Very smooth experience just a pity about the size.”

“I have a wardrobe of Rohan clothes bought over the years but it was a delight to add a new lightweight waterproof to my collection to replace the one I carried or used during my challenge of walking all the canals in England, Wales and Scotland in recent years. I received good advice from the lady at Betws-y- Coed upon collection. Lightweight and durable outdoor & travel clothing which ticks all the boxes.”

“Rohan or DPD lost my order. Then they promosed to ship from a shop , instead of leaving it where I told them they took it to a post office and cheekily told me to pick it up there. So I rang and cancelled. Rohan has lost a customer for ever.”

“Had to return an item which was poorly advertised. The refund was simlly the cost of the item . It did not include postage on purchase or postage on return. Communication was minimal, perfunctory and uninterested. Very disappointed.”

“Received a pair of trousers and a boundary top. Trousers excellent, returned top which was too big. Still awaiting communication about the top and the refund. Rohan took delivery of the top on January 27th. In store shopping far superior experience than online.”

“I have been buying Rohan clothing for 40 years, since I lived near the original store at Long Preston. I love the quality, feel and lightness of the clothes, my son has now comandeered a jacket I bought about 25 years ago and refuses to give it back! This was the first time I had bought online, but probably won't be the last.”
