“The seasonal deals are always a good prompt to look at the range and offers - there always seems to be a gap in my wardrobe which needs filling! In addition to items of outdoor clothing which I have used for walking or trekking, I increasingly used Rohan as every day wear as it's so easy care.”

“I tried to purchase size 38R padded walking trousers. I already bought two different 38R types of trousers which fit well. When they arrived as size 38R they were over a size and a half too narrow. Delivery and return ok but sizes should be consistent.Disappointing”

“I have been a Rohan customer since 1975 , I wear there clothes every day. But I ordered 2 orders this week, phoned customer service on Tuesday after placing 2nd order asking for my orders to be sent by Royal Mail as I live on a Scottish island and they are fastest delivery. I said specifically not to send by DPD as it take far too long to reach me. This morning (Saturday) however I got a message from DPD saying they have received 2 Rohan parcels, I am so angry and disappointed. What has happened to you Rohan? Your staff member said she would personally make sure they would be sent by mail. So after 50 yrs I won’t be ordering again.”

“I ordered trousers that were going to be delivered to my address, i made sure when I ordered them my address was confirmed as I knew that the Rohan shop in Oxford had closed a few weeks ago, I wasted 2 mornings awaiting delivery from DHL even telling them a safe place for parcel to be left, The delivery went to the closed shop and I had a message to say the delivery had been refused I am very disappointed with the service as in the past has been very good, therefore I cancelled my order”

“I ordered a wallet to be delivered to Keswick. I now live in Kent, but I was going to be in Keswick to collect. Unfortunately I couldn’t collect, i rang Keswick shop and I received the parcel less than 24hrs later in Kent. Unfortunately there was no sizing on the description. It was to big I returned it by Royal Mail and received a refund immediately. Excellent customer service.”

“Excellent clothing that fits my frame perfectly. Bought my first Rohan Super Striders (?) climbing breeches around 1980. Always nicely finished and long lasting. The jeans I have just bought are the second pair and the button fly of the old pair is now a zip, but that is completely fine, don't mind either, great comfortable fit.”

“Extremely disappointing! I was gifted a £150 gift card from my father for Christmas for a pair of walking boots which is all I needed. I ordered size 11 which is the size that I thought I needed but they came up too small so I returned them and requested the next size up! After a wait of over a week they finally got in touch to tell me that a size 12 was not available! I have had a look on their website and currently there are no boots available of any sort in a size 12 and Rohan will only refund the cost back onto the gift card! So I am currently stuck with no boots and a gift card that is totally useless to me. My father keeps asking me what boots I bought with the gift card and will have to explain that I didn’t get any because Rohan is a useless brand”

“Vast majority of my walking gear is Rohan ; well made, good fit, wears well, and quote "the goods do as they say". Purchased their goods for 15 years or more and usually collect from Bakewell although I live in Nottingham - pleasant, friendly and helpfull staff.”
