“I’ve worn Rohan for the past 30 years simply because their stuff is functional, comfortable and durable. The only problem I have is their belts keep “disappearing” as the family also appreciate their simple functional nature. So, this time I hopped online, grabbed a bargain (there’s usually one to be found) and ordered several belts to restock my wardrobe. Quick, easy and delivered almost instantly.”

“I returned my purchases as they were too small. On a visit to the Norwich store, my husband failed to find trousers to fit. Both of us found the trousers too tight on the legs. We have been customers for many years and consider that you are trying to appeal to younger people. We will give up looking to buy from you.”

“It's a shame the colours they use for the women's jackets are so unattractive; I bought a men's one instead. It would be nicer to see some jackets in basic neutral colours too, such as black, navy, grey”

“There was some confusion about where my Helios jacket was coming from . I received two different messages. However the excellent person on your customer telephone sorted it in an efficient and friendly way and DPD even managed to deliver it a day early. And the jacket is excellent. Thanks”

“Had a couple of items gifted and sent directly to me, unfortunately sizes werewrong for me...R. happy to exchange them which they did extremely quickly, even snailmailing me an address label as don't have a printer so didnt have to pay postage cost. All my family have been buying them for years. 50plus year old son still has a pair of pants bought for 18th Birthday, blurb said wd fit in can of coke... we bought a can, and after washing it out the pants did fit into the can. Has a a rugby style shirt bought a couple of years later -the colour has faded, but it is still wearable. I could go on and on.”

“I bought the ladies Brecon jacket and a pair of Dry Roamers. Delighted with both items. The trousers are a slimmer fit than older Roamers which is good. Customer services were very helpful and delivery was speedy.”

“The most comfortable shoes for walking I have ever worn. I use orthotics which are unforgiving solid pieces of synthetic material decigned to correct gait with zero regard to comfort. In these shoes I am so well protected that I dont even notice the ortotics. Cannot reccommend these shoes more.They ar terrific.”
