“I’ve never been disappointed with Rohan products. They are extremely comfortable and great value when on special offer. It would be nice if ladies polo shirts were offered in different patterns, perhaps floral.”

“Best travel clothes you can buy. I now live in Texas USA but return home to uk and still always head to my stow Rohan store. Rob has a warm welcome and always shows me the latest products suited to me. Love it”

“Very helpful in store (Chester) with sizing and clothing availability. Also recently purchased sale items online, swift service. All clothes are great quality. They wash and dry easily whilst travelling. Love the hidden pockets inside jackets. Stretch material very forgiving.”

“Always liked Rohan but recently the quality doesn't seem quite so good. Mens trousers where the seam doesn't run true. Shirt where buttons don't fully align. Walking bags where zips fail. I still love Rohan technical products but need to check them over more before buying.”

“I was very happy with Rohan's performance; the website, response time & the product. I was very unhappy with the delivery agent dpd. I was at the delivery point when dpd claimed they tried unsuccessfully to deliver. The bell was not rung nor did anyone try to contact me. They dropped the package at a collection point 2.5 miles away not even close to the nearest drop off point as they claimed. I contacted dpd online & they refused to move the package to the nearest drop point, the system does not allow it.”

“I discovered Rohan many years ago when you only had one shop in Long Preston and have always found the quality excellent. Why do all companies sell trousers in leg sizes but only the odd firm supply shirts in sleeve sizes? I buy very few long sleeve shirts.”

“I like Rohan’s products because they do what it says in the catalogue. They are well made and fit well. I still have gear which I bought over twenty years ago which I suppose is unfortunate for Rohan as replacement frequency is low! Over twenty or more years that I’ve been using Rohan I have had three occasions on which I’ve felt that there was a problem with a particular item and each time it has been dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner.”

“I’ve worn microgrid jacket or zip neck top for decades now. Sadly, I just can’t wear these gaudy colours! Black, grey, true navy at a pinch… these layer well with other clothing. Sorry Rohan… I can’t buy these in the current colours (I bought the jacket in true navy. It would be far more useful in black).”

“I sent my coat back in the bag they sent me. I asked them not to phone me for a week as I was going to be abroad. They phoned on the Tuesday after I’d returned. I paid full r the repair over the phone - expecting a new zip, luckily they only needed to replace the sliders - all £17 - cheaper than expected. I received the coat before 10am on the Wednesday morning. It works perfectly. Excellent service.”
