“My stretch bags are excellent, like all the bags I have ever bought and that goes back to the beginning of Rohan in the late 70/80's. As with all my bags my one criticism is the back pocket, it is too big and stretches too far, if you put a wallet or notebook in it then they will move in any direction and usually end up in the most uncomfortable position so that you end up not using the pocket. However Rohan is the best whether in work or play, I look forward to each and every new catalogue. Many thanks for continuing to strive for newer and improved products”

“Quality is good. However, my inside leg measurement is 32". Your Regular size is too short and your Long size is too long. I now order Long but this means extra cost for alterations. Although sometimes, not often, Regular is the right length. Pity you don't offer 32".”

“The Cambridge shop, from where I usually collect my orders, has an excellent and helpful staff. They have, more than once, called numerous other shops to get items in my size, when they have not been available online when I placed an order. Delivery is prompt.”

“The cropped trousers are comfortable and have a good amount of stretch in them. The waist is slightly bigger than I would have liked, but that often is the case.”

“Rohan clothes are perfect for anyone with even a semi-active life. Mostly, they do not look smart, and anyone who does not understand them will ignore them completely. Most active people will know about them. They are expensive, and I buy only at sale prices.”

“I like the insect repellent clothes, but think the new cream blouse is too see through. Also, when using these clothes over the last couple of years in tropical areas (Costa Rica and South India) I found that the drying times after washing were much longer than you suggest.”

“I find everything is of good quality , lasts well and is really good for outdoors/ travel. The one negative I have is that I do buy regularly by mail order as there is no shop nearby , and there are no benefits offered for “loyalty” or offers of free postage.”

“Excellent helpful staff for over at least 20 years, and I still have wearable Rohan clothing bought many years ago (and it still fits) ! I would buy more often if it were a bit less expensive. In terms of your marketing strategy, maybe you need to widen your customer base to include older people who would apreciate your quality but may be are not "outdoor" people? My latest buy at aged 80, are your insulated blue denim jeans which are just ideal for both warmth and smartness. One other slight negative are the rather drab range of colours, sadly all to common to many mens retailers. A response from you would be apreciated if at all possible.”
