“No issue at all with flowers, however I’ve ordered twice recently, it would have been good to have received confirmation of delivery. Both times I was unsure and reliant on recipient’s daughter letting me know if they’d arrived.”

“My daughter ordered the earrings for me and when she at she saw disappointed that they sat on my ear rather than below the lobe. She thought that the pin would be at the star level on the tree. Also there should have been a message in the box but there wasn't so I had no idea who had sent them, I just had to guess.”

“Mother loved the flowers and fruit, The only slight criticism I have is that I ordered off the website, and it charged me delivery on both items. My local florist only charge one delivery fee if there going to the same address.”

“Ordered an orchid to be delivered to a relative on the Isle of Man. It was delivered the next day hence 4 stars. As I've not seen the plant I cannot comment further but would use this company again.”

“Being honest they do what they say on the tin and deliver beautiful flowers. Drop a mark only because this isn't a big place, so online ordering for same day delivery shouldn't be so early cut off, but I'm being picky...the flowers arrived next day and were well received”

“Ordered Sunday with next day delivery 9-5pm. By 5.15 it still hadn't arrived and was very worried as it was a birthday delivery so I called. Fortunately it arrived very shortly afterwards and the next day delivery charge was refunded as it was outside the delivery window promised. It is standard for most UK companies to work Sunday but not in the Isle of Man - CS seemed surprised that I was surprised they didn't work Sundays!”

“Ordered some beautiful peonies for May daughters 18th and they arrived as planned and the flowers were perfect. Full heads which lasted well over a week without being touched and then a bit of tweaking to last another week. Smelt amazing too. 😊”

“I ordered a bouquet and paid extra for a vase and a balloon for my daughter's birthday. However, I was disappointed to discover that instead of a 'Happy Birthday' balloon, they attached a 'Best Wishes' balloon. It just seemed a bit impersonal and was not what I had ordered.”
