“The flowers that we’re delivered was not as good as they were on the cover that was advertised I feel they had used some old flowers so was very disappointed ☹️ And was for a lady who jus5 lost her husband . So unfortunately will not be using or recommending you in the future.”

“Sadly, I have been disappointed by both my recent experiences. The first was delivered to a binstore, with no message to say it was there, and was found by chance. The most recent, after a 9.30 call to double check the address was delivered at 5.30 to the wrong address, but re-directed. It was tired and fading, and the following day, blooms fell off. I will try one more time, but have lost confidence in your service.”

“Disappointed. Flowers arrive in full bloom and then only last a week. This is the third time this year so I do not intend to order again”

“I ordered a basket of fruit for someone isolating at the moment and the process was very easy, the delivery prompt, the packaging professional, but the fruit itself was of a poor quality which was very disappointing considering the price paid.”

“I received an orchid as a birthday gift. The quality is poor with no new buds on it. The orchid will only last another week or so. I appreciate there is a delivery charge but I can purchase a much better quality one from M&S at less than half the price.”

“Flowers were very pretty when they arrived, unfortunately they only lasted a couple of days before looking very sad. Plenty of water and flower food given.”

“Beautiful presentation and flowers. - a thank you from family. Delivery was quick and the same day as ordering.. However, after three days the stocks have lost half the petals and look bedraggled. The roses have already turned brown at the stem. The pretty weedy/seedy addition has been thrown away. I would not recommend. For a recent birthday I had roses delivered from a producer on the island. They were spectacular and lasted two weeks. Very disappointing and from looking at other reviews I am not the only one. There is no excuse and yes instructions were followed.”

“I’ve had two orders from here. The first were very nice however the second were not very good at all. The flowers died after a few days and most of the lilies did not bloom at all.”

“I ordered on-line a beautiful orchid for a friend and wanted same day delivery. You advertise same day delivery Island wide on your web site and in the phone book advertisement. However, I found that you only deliver in Douglas and close surrounding neighburhoods on Saturday. One only finds this out if you dig further into the web site. I had to order another bouquet from another florist and wait for a refund from Robinsons. Your advertising is totally misleading and should be corrected. Rate 1 out of 5 for staff courtesy.”

“While I can’t fault the delivery of the flowers, the flowers themselves are not up to the standard of even Tesco at half the price! Not the first time I’ve been disappointed with the quality of the flowers and they’re beginning to get a reputation for it.”

“Flowers were not up to usual standard, went brown quite quickly and didn't last very long, £40 was a lot to pay for them, however given the time of year you can't do much about it.”

“The lady who I had sent the flowers to sent me a photo and I was very disappointed with the number of flowers and the quality. She didn't complain but normally I am very happy with the flower I send but not this time.”

“Delivered a day later than requested I ordered from internet Tulips in VASE with nice collar arrangement. Not cardboard container with tulips stuck in. Very disappointed won't be recommending or use again.”

“The flowers I recently ordered for my in laws 25th wedding anniversary were fabulous, unfortunately I was highly embarrassed at the party when the flowers were delivered with a happy birthday balloon attached despite the card reading happy anniversary.”
