Ordered Sunday with next day delivery 9-5pm. By 5.15 it still hadn't arrived and was very worried as it was a birthday delivery so I called. Fortunately it arrived very shortly afterwards and the next day delivery charge was refunded as it was outside the delivery window promised. It is standard for most UK companies to work Sunday but not in the Isle of Man - CS seemed surprised that I was surprised they didn't work Sundays!
