“I ordered my mother a bouquet and it arrived exactly on the day I needed it to be delivered and the flowers were absolutly beautiful, they lasted for weeks and gave my Mother much enjoyment.”

“I was asked to review before but it didn’t look as though it ‘sent’ I ordered the pink and white flower basket as it was perfect for a newborn girl congratulations gift. I had seen it both on line and in your shop. What my friend received was quite different. No white flowers and larger substitutions for the Gerbera. The overall look was less ‘newborn’ and more ‘ retirement’ as it was mauve not pink and white. See two photos.”

While we sometimes need to substitute individual flowers depending on availability, we should always aim to keep the overall style and colour of the arrangement as close as possible to the one ordered. We completely understand your point that the different colours changed the feel of a gift chosen specifically for a newborn baby. We’ll raise this with our floristry team and review the substitutions made on your order.

“I was VERY disappointed with the roses in the 25th Anniversary flower arrangement as they lasted only 24 hours after my wife received them and appeared to be rotting from the inside out. And I had expected the flowers to be IN the vase I ordered at the same time as the flowers!?! 'Nothing says 'I love you' like a home assembly flower arrangement KIT? I won't be using again for sure.”

“Excellent service, as usual, from Robinson's. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend for her birthday, and on the day in question she had to leave home by 1 pm for an appointment. Because of this she contacted Robinson's to ask if her delivery could be prior to 1 pm. No problem - they arrived promptly at 12.30. Absolutely first class, and the flowers were beautiful. I would not use any other florist for Isle of Man orders.”

“I sent the sunflowers with the red roses to my friend for her birthday. She was very happy with them and called me and showed them to me via phone call. They were exactly what I was hoping for. I Would definitely use this florist again.”

“I realise it has been ridiculously hot recently and I think that, although the occasion they were for was on a Sunday, so I ordered them for Saturday, perhaps I should have ordered for Friday as I presume that they were actually prepared then. Never had an issue before and haven’t really got one now but I did think they were a little wilted and didn’t last quite as long.”
