“The flowers are good but on two occasions they have been delivered to the wrong address despite us making a point about this on the second order. Ended up with the recipient having to collect from the shop which defeats the object of paying for delivery and spoils the surprise.”

“Mother’s Day flowers and wine were delivered when said and were great. Only thing was not being able to change delivery date/time online when ordered because didn’t open account so couldn’t log back in. Had to telephone next day and helpful lady changed no problem. Just would’ve been easier if could do online without account. That was only fault.”

“I needed to send some flowers urgently and did it online. No problems in ordering or payment and they were delivered as promised the next day. I have also recently received flowers and champagne for my birthday from my family through Robinson's and was very happy with the floral arrangement which lasted for ages.”

“sent flowers/ get well wishes to my mum. had florists choice...Mum was so made up with them and said they were gorgeous! I have used this service a few times as live in Canada and order online. i dont get to see the flowers I send but the recipient is always happy. so I know when I order I've made the right choice!”
