Flowers are always lovely however instructions are never never followed. Twice now I asked for a late morning delivery as my mum is frail. Both times they delivered at 9am. I ask that they ring and ring the doorbell as she is hard of hearing and they don’t do either - the first time they left her flowers on the doorstep in the pouring rain, they were ruined but thankfully were replaced when I made a complaint.

Ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary unfortunately my wife's flowers didn't arrive other people who had ordered from other suppliers flowers arrived. My wife thought I had forgotten and it put a damper on things I had to tell her spoiling the occasion. As they were meant to be delivered on Friday I rang on Saturday and left a message someone rang me on Monday and said they didn't know what happened but were sorry. The flowers arrived on Saturday lunchtime it was too late

Some of the rose heads were already dying and the bouquet itself only lasted for about 2-3 days before being binned. Very poor

Flowers were great but they were for my wife’s birthday and were delivered to the wrong house . I eventually got them late that night thanks to a nice neighbour . I tried to call several times during the day and no answer so I filled in a form on email to complain and again had no response and just received an email today asking for my review so here it is !!!

Flowers were pretty poor tbf, costed about £40 inc vase and died after 2 or 3 days

I odered some flowers for my friend who had a baby. Order no 90033152. The flowers were Baby Boy Rufus Rabbit Gift set. I also paid extra to have a balloon. My friend only received the flowers with no teddy and no balloon. I left a message that day to complain and asked for someone to call me back and rectify this and I never received a phone call. Exteremely dissappointed and I wouold never use your sevices again.

Incorrect flowers delivered to those chosen online. Very disappointing as specific flowers had been chosen for a persons favourite flowers

No delivery made and poor communication from this company when trying to ascertain why my order was not delivered, it was a very distressing experience for me as I am elderly, have used this company previously but doubt I would do again.

I had to cancel my order, which I did at approximately 6:16 a.m. IOM time. The reason for the cancellation: the recipient was out of town, which was indicated in my email to you. I was charged for the delivery. I feel as though you were given enough time to cancel. I'll now take my business elsewhere. Thank you.

I ordered Yellow Roses but peach Ines arrived. I am 100% certain I ordered yellow roses as I only ever buy yellow
