“Flowers are always lovely however instructions are never never followed. Twice now I asked for a late morning delivery as my mum is frail. Both times they delivered at 9am. I ask that they ring and ring the doorbell as she is hard of hearing and they don’t do either - the first time they left her flowers on the doorstep in the pouring rain, they were ruined but thankfully were replaced when I made a complaint.”

“No issue at all with flowers, however I’ve ordered twice recently, it would have been good to have received confirmation of delivery. Both times I was unsure and reliant on recipient’s daughter letting me know if they’d arrived.”

“I sent a small posy of flowers in a basket arrangement. My friend was ill and she was delighted with them, so was the postman who delivered them too my friend said! . You will always have my custom now, they were so fresh and lasted a long time my friend said. And they were reasonably priced also. I wish you delivered across! Thank you. x”

“Unfortunately l wasn't able to travel to the Isle of man for the funeral due to ill health. But my cousin who was the wife of Clive, thanked me for the flowers and said how nice they were. You have to put your trust in people sometimes and it was good pleased with Robinson's. Thank you.”

“Ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary unfortunately my wife's flowers didn't arrive other people who had ordered from other suppliers flowers arrived. My wife thought I had forgotten and it put a damper on things I had to tell her spoiling the occasion. As they were meant to be delivered on Friday I rang on Saturday and left a message someone rang me on Monday and said they didn't know what happened but were sorry. The flowers arrived on Saturday lunchtime it was too late”
