“Being perfectly honest, even taking into account that it was Valentine's day, I was disappointed with the flowers, as was the recipient. The flowers sent were not the package portrayed on the website. £37 for 6 roses and a bit of greenery, even on Valentine's day were a bit steep for my liking.....”

“I didn't see what l purchased as l live on the mainland. Wine and chocolates ordered for my lovely goddaughter at Christmas. She said the gift was lovely and was presented in a hessian bag. She feels 5 stars for this is well deserved.”

“Delivery etc up to usual high standard. On this occasiopn the flowers were not as good as usual. Delivered Tuesday and the photo was taken Friday morning.They usually last better.”

“Full marks to Robinson's for coming to the rescue after my order via a different florist had been completely mishandled. This was for flowers for a friend who lives in Douglas, but the Interflora order was given to a Ramsey based florist, and not fulfilled. I was not informed of this until lunchtime on the day the delivery should have taken place. I subsequently contacted Robinson's, explained the situation, and then placed an order with them directly. Within 24 hours they had delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers, with a high standard of customer service. I've been told they have an excellent reputation, and I feel it is well deserved.”
