“The person who booked my trip was so helpful and the price was good compared to another company that I had contacted. This is important as I am a solo traveller and we usually are charged such a high supplement. Many thanks”

“Our concierge, Emma Gray, was exceptional. She was patient and allowed us all the time we needed for her to find exactly what we wanted. Well with the exception of the top deck and outdoor balcony which was unfortunately not available for the trip we wanted at the time specified. However, we were happy to compromise on this detail as the trip included all the excursions that we wanted. If an upgrade to an upper deck cabin with an outdoor cabin, we would be happy to upgrade with any extra cost incurred. Keep this concierge, she is brilliant.”

“Erin Madine was excellent and made the whole process so easy. I have booked with her before and will do so again. There was one small issue I should make you aware of. Immediately after confirming the booking with her, I got an email from you (not Erin) which told me my final payment was overdue and the amount claimed was £3,000 in excess of the actual amount due. I easily cleared this up with Erin, but I would suggest you check how and why such an email was sent”
