“Helen Conway was exceptional in the service she provided. There was a discrepancy between the itinerary online and in the brochure. She stayed on after her working hours to establish which one was correct and informed us first thing in the morning on the following day.”

“Helen made the experience quick easy and more informative giving options on flights, hotels etc that we weren’t offered with other cruising provider.. I highly recommend River Voyages and will definitely be using them again. Thanks Helen!”

“We tried to book for this Saga River Cruise this year and were disappointed as it was sold out but Gill kept our name on file and advised when the 2020 dates were released. Gill has been extremely helpful, efficient and attentive and was able to offer us a really good deal. I was very impressed with River Voyages.”

“We have recently corresponded with Cruise Concierge Emma Gray. Sadly she was not able to assist us this time (our fault, not hers!), she was helpful, courteous & understanding-exemplary service. We will be back at a more suitable time.”

“Your service gives a real personal touch and I have always dealt with Helen Conway and find nothing is a problem to her and she goes out of her way to help. You are the only company that has some single rooms with no surcharge I do have to book early usually about 1 year before but is it worth it moneywise. We are off to Amsterdam and Bruges on the 11th April and am really looking forward to it . Then yesterday we booked to go to Germany in June 2020 .”

“Helen has been tracking the release of the 2020 Riviera Cruises for 6months because we had a specific request (2 lower deck cabins for single occupancy) and these get booked up so quickly. She kept us updated and as soon as they were released she reserved them. Which was amazing service. She is professional, personable and a jolly nice person all round. She makes it all so easy..”

“Our concierge, Erin, has been efficient and friendly, organising both our 2018 cruise and now our 2020 cruise. She has really cared about our enjoyment and our welfare. Gill finalised our booking and again got us exactly what we wanted most efficiently while Erin wasn't in the office. Many thanks to both.”

“My initial experience ha been first class. Helen Conway quickly found an alternative to the one i initially enquired about (it was fully booked). Over the next couple of days she answered all my questions promptly, and the booking process was efficiently handled.”
