“Nicki your representative was amazing she advised and was very patient with me the whole time she also was very reassuring on the whole experience as time as this is my maiden voyage thank you looking forward to my 60th birthday treat x”

“I called to ask about river cruising and my call was answered by Rebecca. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cruise and the company. I had quite a few questions concerning mobilty and health issues and Rebecca took the time to call the company to confirm the answers. I was so pleased with the service that I booked straight away. Thank you Rebecca, I hope we can speak again.”
