“I first experienced Ringtons tea in the late 1950’s or early 1960’s. My Grandmother had been a customer of Ringtons for many years at that time and I got my first cup of tea from her.
Life moved on and I lost connection with Ringtons for many years. Now I am back as a customer again some 60 years later and delighted to be so.
The teas are so good and flavourful (just like I remember as a kid) and the delivery service to our home in Cumbria has been excellent.

“I can not say enough great comments about Ringtons. I'm a Brit living in the USA. I follow Northern Nic's Back Kitchen who recommended Ringtons. For the same price as a card and postage I sent 2 packs of biscuits and a box of tea. My peeps loved them.
I also included a card but unfortunately it was not included. Before I could call them Ringtons emailed me to say they had had a problem and would be refunding the cost of the cards which they have.
Service at it's best. I have recommended them and will use again.”

“We have Bi weekly ringtons delivery to our door, our daughter is here for Christmas from the US and liked our Ringtons tea caddy. When I ordered one for her over Christmas I was expecting to have to post it. It arrived within a couple of days. She's over the moon to take a bit of home back with her.

“Placed an order for an elderly friend who lives 400 miles away. We send a marks and spencers hamper every christmas with a special message. This tear we decided to use Ringtons. I was then informed after the date that they couldnt guarantee the message got there. So they refunded the £1. I wrote back straight away voicing my concerns that she might not of understood where the hamper came from (she's 80+ years old). To date, i have heard nothing other than this survey. Very very disappointing and I will not be using them again!”

Unfortunately, we experienced a fault with one of our gift message printers, and this issue was not communicated to us before your order was processed. As a result, it was possible that the gift message you purchased was not included within your order. Regrettably, there was no reliable way for us to confirm if your order included or didn’t include your message, so as a precautionary measure we sent all those customers that may have been affected an email before Christmas refunding the £1 gift message back to their original payment method.
We are so sorry this error has occurred, especially at this time of year and to apologise for the inconvenience caused we have created a £5 discount code exclusively for you.
