“I love ringtons products they are exceptional in quality however on this occasion some of my items were delivered damaged which made a difference to the marshmallow chocolate cakes.”

“Love ringtons loose tea and ginger biscuits. Sadly this time I think Royal Mail bounced the large parcel around as 3 packs of ginger biscuits were broken! But photo sent to customer service as feel the packaging in the box might need reviewing and straight away 3 new packets of biscuits were sent and received in tact. Thank you so much x”
