Hi Jackie, we've sent you an email in connection with this, advising that after checking CCTV footage from our fulfilment centre, we can confirm the Mother's Day card was included inside the parcel at the time it was packed and sealed.
Saying that, we have also received feedback that the envelope has blended in with the cardboard packaging, or hidden under the cardboard flap at the bottom of the box, making it easy to miss upon opening.
We're very sorry this has detracted from what should have been a perfect Mother's Day surprise, and I do appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Thank you for your 5 star review, Julie! We’re glad you found our prices reasonable and that your delivery arrived quickly. We look forward to seeing you again.
Kind regards,
Team Ringtons

“We had the chance to try the Gold Roast Coffee in a Ringtons hamper we received as a Christmas gift and found the coffee to have a very smooth, almost creamy taste in comparison to our usual Nescafe coffee which prompted us to place an order.”

“I found Ringtons on the internet because I was bored with the same old big-branded teas. I was looking for something better. I have been using them for well over a year now, and my go-to tea is the gold one. It makes a lovely strong cup of tea.
My other half loves the bedtime tea too.”
Thank you for your 5 star review, Bridget! We’re delighted you loved the Mother’s Day hamper looked beautiful and it arrived well-packed to keep everything safe.
Kind regards,
