“I ordered on a Sat evening & when I paid the delivery address reverted to my own, I used Apple Pay. This meant I had to repost from my home to the recipient. Whilst maybe this was not Ringtons fault I think they should have accepted some responsibility as there was no one I could contact to cancel until the Mon am, I believe when parcels are being sent due to busy periods eg Christmas then the Customer should be able to cancel or edit. I therefore find it unacceptable that ringtons did not refund postage & the cost became almost 50% of the purchase price of the goods . Not in my opinion good customer service. I have ordered thugs several times online from ringtons but would consider long and hard before doing so again”
