“Very nice selection of teas, etc. Unfortunately Royal Mail didn't do so well. The items were well packed but the box arrived with a hole in the bottom and two of the packets of drinking chocolate were damaged. A shame as they are going to be presents.”
“The box of biscuits was a present for someone who thought it looked amazing. I haven't heard how the tasted yet. I bought 2 packets of biscuits for myself but didn't really enjoy them. However, I'm not someone who eats biscuits very often. I've not tried the coffee yet but I'm sure it will be lovely. Everything was extremely well packaged and arrived safely and promptly. I was pleased with the order overall. Thank you.”
“Ginger biscuits - always buy these from Ringtons. Had I only bought the biscuits I would have given 5 stars. Knocked off one star due to the quality (or lack of) of the toffe/fudge in tin. Little/no flavour, just sweet. But the tin is beautiful.”

“The order process was really easy. It was delivered by royal mail. Unfortunately the marmalade came smashed though. So I complained and had an email back within the same day and the money back in my bank within 24 hours. Cannot fault customer services. The products received were high quality as always and made a lovely Christmas gift hamper.”
“Love the hamper. Quick and easy to buy and speedy delivery. Only reason I?m not giving a 5 is because the hamper is a present and the box was marked and has stickers on it. I tried to peel the sticker off and it?s come away in bits. Though I will wrap it, It looks untidy and a little scruffy”

“The biscuits were excellent as always, the only problem came with the delivery…packing biscuits into a cardboard box with little to no bubble wrap results in many broken items. I expect the biscuits left whole but sadly delivery drivers are not always that careful. Maybe a bit of wrap could help. Would buy again as the ginger snaps were gorgeous.”

“Love the hamper boxes I bought because of choice/quantity of biscuits but would have liked a jar of coffee as well as the teabags. Usually get the full Monty but not enough biscuits and two many teabags again no coffee included. The ones that had coffee didn’t include things we would eat”
