“I recently tried to purchase from one of your vans but was completely ignored. When I raised the issue, I was accused of lying about the situation, which was both upsetting and unacceptable. I only went ahead and placed an online order because my mum is a huge fan of your mint tea—otherwise, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
