“Printed only half of the gift card so recipients didn’t know who it was from this is the second time this has happened and did contact them about but they didn’t reply. Bad when you have to pay extra for the gift card and it’s just a printed bit of paper as well. Won’t be using again due to know customer service response”
“I made a Christmas order on November 27th for a parcel to be delivered to an address in Italy. I asked on email and also queried to Customer Service if this would be possible. On both ocassions I was told my parcel would be delivered without any problems. Two days before Christmas the order was tracked to still be in Maidstone and would not reach Italy until December 30th. I was given a full refund because of the delay but was told my gift would still be delivered. In the new year I get emails from DHL in Italy asking for more money to deliver my parcel. Customer Service passed my details over to an Ecommerce Trading Assistant who tells me there is nothing they can do. Apparently everything is in the small print and that the 'majority' of overseas parcels get to their destinations, which I find a bizarre admission to make. All parcels should be delivered not the majority. In my view Ringstons are supposedly a reputable company who I believed I could trust. They pride themselves on delivery, but this heritage brand is not telling their customers the whole truth when it comes to overseas delivery. I will not be using them again.”
“Parcel was delivered “successfully” by Evri. If you count propped against the door which sits on the path of a main road and was taken as successful. I don’t! Fantastic emailed picture of it too. The item was a small gift for my mum who usually buys a different brand from a supermarket so will stick with them in future.”
“Waited so long for my order, then when royal mail said it would be saturday they did not turn up, ringtons need a better delivery firm, there are plenty around.”
“I ordered a packet of ginger biscuits and chocolate Brazil biscuits . The ginger ones were a disappointment as I they were bought as part of a gift. Both people who tried them said they were soft on one side , almost as if something wet had been spilt on part of the packet , I was going to contact Ringtons Big disappointment”

Was told I could have a refund or it could be resent. Thought I would give them another chance. Did not arrive again! Received a refund. Where could 3 of these hampers be! Needs investigation!”
“Took 21 days from order to delivery, despite being sent as 1st classed tracked. I was lied about my parcel being dispatched. Took almost a week to chase up. Ordered 7th Dec to avoid issues due to postal strikes. My parcel was dispatched 12 after order but customer service told me it had already been dispatched days before and was a courier issues causing delays. No explanation. Use eingtons several times a year spent over £120 in the last 12 months”
“I ordered these biscuits paid via Amazon pay. The delivery address was incorrect I rang Ringtons first thing Monday morning for them to be unhelpful and said they couldn’t change the delivery address. I contacted Amazon pay and they said the delivery address could be change as the order hadn’t been dispatched, contact Ringtons again and they said I couldn’t change the delivery address.”
“I ordered this product on 30th November. On 10th of December they asked me to review despite the fact product had never been despatched. Then today 17th December I get a final reminder to review their service yet still no despatch date nor update about what is happening with the order. So I am now worried that product will not be here before Christmas. Therefore my review is --very poor customer service from Ringtons and it is highly unlikely I would ever recommend them to others, nor will I ever use them again”
“I picked my order, and continued to checkout. I have been charged £7 for next day delivery. I didn't want next day delivery. But had no choice. Couldn't get in contact with anybody because this was on a Saturday .Delivery was suppose to be free. So be careful Did contact Ringtons but no joy”
