“Tea has been awful for the past year. So strong it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Cups badly stained and teeth badly stained. Very disappointed. Going to look elsewhere”

“I am so disappointed. I always order from Ringtons at Christmas but this will be the last time. Unless you change who delivers. I have waited weeks for my delivery and kept tracking it through EVRI website and it was at their depot for weeks. I complained yesterday to EVRI so it has just been delivered( Sunday 18th Dec).The box was squashed and everything in it. I cant use half of it for Christmas presents. I have had to decant the packets from the gift boxes and wrap them myself. Also almost every packet has been squashed so the biscuits are broken. Very disappointed and I spent a lot of money.”

“I accidently put the wrong address for delivery, so l sent 2 Emails, explaining what had happened, and asking for my delivery address to be changed to the same as my Billing address. So my parcel went to Sheffield, and l live in South Shields. I have paid for a parcel of Teabags etc. For a stranger”
“Printed only half of the gift card so recipients didn’t know who it was from this is the second time this has happened and did contact them about but they didn’t reply. Bad when you have to pay extra for the gift card and it’s just a printed bit of paper as well. Won’t be using again due to know customer service response”
