“All the products are amazing , reasonably priced, and so convenient to buy. Either by the fortnightly visit by a company agent or online . “Ordering was fine, once the password was finalised. The goods turned up in a poor condition, the postman said whoever packed it didn't do a very good job. The outer box fell to pieces as he brought it to the door and some of the biscuits had parted from their gift boxes. I patched them up and hope that the friends and relatives do not received boxes of broken biscuits, because you cannot tell until you actually open the individual biscuit packs.”

“Only came across Ringtons whilst looking to purchase coffee bags as part of a Christmas gift. I also found the chocolate sachets on their website. “Disappointed two of 4 items damaged to be fair they did offer for me to return to them however I didn't have the time scale to do this and wait for them to receive and resend out so the damaged items have been given as presents anyway.”

“My recent order was delivered in good time but as can be seen from the photos the packaging was not in good shape. We opened two packets of biscuits and they were broken into small pieces. I am hoping the remainder of the products are not the same but as they are for Christmas presents I will have to wait and see. I am very disappointed with the courier service and will not be ordering again if this is the courier Ringtons use.
I have bought on many previous occasions from the Ringtons driver who delivers in my village, as have many of my clients, and the products have been exceptional both in taste and value for money.
