“Growing up we always had ringtons as a family at Christmas, this reminds me of my grandma she always got my parents special gifts for the woman teapots etc and the men got the ringtons cars for the men for me it was the buttery shortbread cookies with raisins in were delicious, now she has passed I wanted to remember my gran”

“The product is excellent but I do have a major issue with the carrier you use. My last order was launched over my back gate when clearly there was I was at home. Had confusing tracking updates indicating a delivery day only to find out the product didn't arrive”

“I have been a customer of Ringtons for well over 7 years but I won't be any longer.
We had a great guy called Dave who was regular as clockwork, always had what you wanted and went out of his way to make sure you got your biscuits etc. He unfortunately left. We hadn't seen anyone for 3 months, then last month finally got a call. Been waiting today with my extensive list for biscuits etc for Christmas and the lovely guy who called had been inundated with sales because nobody has been round. So consequently had little or no stock left( not his fault). Poor guy has been getting earache from lots of customers. I have tried calling Ringtons customer service but apparently the number doesn't exist. What on earth is going on Ringtons??????.”

The shortage on your recent visit was probably due to high demand and to avoid disappointment in the future, we recommend placing a pre-order for any items you need, particularly during busy periods.
