“No hidden fees and cost seems good compared to some other providers. Unsure about the effectiveness of policy as I have not had to claim and have generally heard mixed things about this type of insurance and the validity”

“Just taken out Home Protection Insurance. Can not comment yet on an insurance claim as not needed yet (hopefully not at all) However the website is very glitchy and took a long time to navigate and fill in details. Some areas required repeated efforts. There is something wrong with the website design which will loose you customers I am afraid.”

“Easy to purchase the insurance and great UX, however can't give 5* (yet) as that will depend on whether Rhino Home Protect actually pays what they say they will in the event my flat purchase does not go through for some reason. I will update my review if that happens.”

“The process was easy but some instructions were not so clear especially when it comes to timing of the application also no info on whether searches would be covered which I guess means that they are not … average value for money given restrictions of scenarios and upper cap.”
