“Seems reasonable value and the purchase process for home seller's insurance was extremely easy. I've been incentivised to write this review straight after purchase, so I can't comment on how responsive of otherwise Rhino would be in paying a claim.”

Thanks so much for the review. We're sorry to hear that you had issues with the cancellation process. We process cancellations within a week of policyholders notifying us in writing (email is most common) and policyholders will receive a refund depending on the timings of the cancellation request (policyholders have 14 days from purchasing the policy to cancel for a full refund). “Prompted to leave review after policy purchase, so this review (and apparently most the others) concern the online interface and purchase process. The information was presented clearly and the online portal works seamlessly. Cannot comment on making a claim.”
