“I bought a policy when purchasing my first house, although admittedly I was a little sceptical. Unfortunately the purchase fell through after the Searches revealed the presence of an old coal mine near the property, and the vendor decided to pull out. Rhino paid out for the survey and conveyancing costs which had been incurred to that point. I was very impressed at how easy and quick the claims process was, and have just purchased another policy for another property I have found.”
