Your web application is performant, no snag or lag. Is able to seamlessly integrate. Your UX and Service Design team deserve a separate ovation for keeping the number of steps limited, simple, easy and understandable. Next to Government Digital Service, I would definitely say your application has the least number of steps to achieve the transactions. “I can't comment on the service as such as I have only just bought the policy! It seems a good level of cover for the basic protection plan at a good price. I hope I don't need to claim!!”

“I can't comment on the policy as I have only just taken it out but the staff on the Live Chat have been very helpful, clarifying everything I asked questions about. Certainly pre-sale service is very helpful.”
