“Unfortunately I’ve had a purchase fall through previously and this insurance covered 2/3 of my costs. There was a minor delay to my payment being processed but the matter was dealt with promptly once I made contact. I’ve purchased again as it is is a relief to have this cover and is reasonably priced in comparison to the reservation agreement recommended by the Estate agent.”
