Thanks so much for the review. We're sorry to hear that you had issues with the cancellation process. We process cancellations within a week of policyholders notifying us in writing (email is most common) and policyholders will receive a refund depending on the timings of the cancellation request (policyholders have 14 days from purchasing the policy to cancel for a full refund). We value your feedback!

“Prompted to leave review after policy purchase, so this review (and apparently most the others) concern the online interface and purchase process. The information was presented clearly and the online portal works seamlessly. Cannot comment on making a claim.”

“Really nervous about buying my first home. Rhino Home Buyers Protection Insurance covers any financial loss on conveyancing, survey and mortgage arrangement fees, up to £1500, if I am gazumped or if for any reason the sale falls through.”

“I was generally happy with your system until at the submission as a referral it would not let me do so while leaving blank the box for Date of Apllication for Mortgage Approval. As we hope to make a cash purchase how come your system apparently does not cope with that scenario??”
