“Couldn’t even buy the insurance because of a glitch with their website. The address field 2 line repeatedly came up with an error message so I was unable to submit the form and purchase the insurance. I messaged them nearly a week ago and received no response. I also tried to phone them six days ago but the line rang out. Wouldn’t fill me with confidence if I wanted to make a claim.”
