“Honestly I've been trying to claim back from your company I've been met with rude people long wait times and I keep having to contact you over and over and there's been no resolution.. “Very easy to set up. The policy was straightforward. I'm not yet sure of the value this offers most homebuyers, as it seems to cover only the very worst case scenarios for homebuying, but it feels helpful to have those scenarios covered.”
