“Seems reasonable value and the purchase process for home seller's insurance was extremely easy. I've been incentivised to write this review straight after purchase, so I can't comment on how responsive of otherwise Rhino would be in paying a claim.”

Thanks so much for the review. We're sorry to hear that you had issues with the cancellation process. We process cancellations within a week of policyholders notifying us in writing (email is most common) and policyholders will receive a refund depending on the timings of the cancellation request (policyholders have 14 days from purchasing the policy to cancel for a full refund). “Really nervous about buying my first home. Rhino Home Buyers Protection Insurance covers any financial loss on conveyancing, survey and mortgage arrangement fees, up to £1500, if I am gazumped or if for any reason the sale falls through.”
