“Very quick and easy to purchase policy, with all the details you need available up front. Quick to respond on Live Chat too. My ownly gripe is that I wish they offered covere which would apply to the Sale & Purchase combined, where the Purchase is dependent on the sale. So for example, if the Sale falls through because the buyer pulls out, and then the vendor pulls out because we are not moving forward quickly enough due to not being ablt to find another buyer. We've had this before and lost £2k in fees! So would love to have a policy that would cover that.”
