“Unfortunately I’ve had a purchase fall through previously and this insurance covered 2/3 of my costs. There was a minor delay to my payment being processed but the matter was dealt with promptly once I made contact. I’ve purchased again as it is is a relief to have this cover and is reasonably priced in comparison to the reservation agreement recommended by the Estate agent.”

“Hoping I will not need to use the insurance but relieved to have it. If disaster strikes I will be able to rate its quality then. AS FOR YOUR AGENT, TROY, What a delightful young (propbably compared to me anyhow) man. He was a joy to interact with. I certainly rate him as bing top marks at doing his job, whilst also seeming like the sort of person who makes this world a better place to be in. Pleasr thank him and give him a raise on the strength of the few words I have ued but the entire uplift to my day having had him on the end of the phone. Why do you not branch out into doing STRESS FREE REMOVALS for those of us who are more mature and less able physically and mentally (PTSD plus replaced hips & ex control freak brain, meaning the memory lets me down and not being 21 anymore I find it hard to accept that I cannot DO AND REMEMBER EVERYTING). I am not a fan of computers so talkign to TROY on the phone was just what I wanted. Doubtless as a dyslexic technaphobe it will always be this way.”
