“Honestly I've been trying to claim back from your company I've been met with rude people long wait times and I keep having to contact you over and over and there's been no resolution.. Hopefully you actually resolve my situation. And if I'm really honest I hope that we have a better relationship in future. That's why I'm back. Please prove me right”

“Very easy to set up. The policy was straightforward. I'm not yet sure of the value this offers most homebuyers, as it seems to cover only the very worst case scenarios for homebuying, but it feels helpful to have those scenarios covered.”

“Essential purchase for buying a house, have used this company before during a purchase of a house, our purchase fell through and we got refunded almost £800 which covered all of our fees we had paid up to then. Would definitely recommend the home buyers protection they offer when buying a house.”
