“The website was clear, easy to use and we received our policy in minutes of completing the quick and easy application process. I have given 4 stars because for now, it's been all plain sailing but the real test of service will come if we need to make a claim... although fingers crossed it doesn't come to that!”

“Looks like a good trustworthy service and ther policy offers a lot for a fretful buyer like myself. Customer service were a bit curt and didn't answer my specific question properly though - they just sent me the policy, which was a bit annoying.”

“Quick response to my queries when I called. We struggled to find a recommended solicitor with a 'No Move, No Fee' policy so this made us feel more secure with our purchase. Shame we hadn't heard about it when our sale was agreed (three weeks ago) as would have taken out the Homesellers insurance too. Shame the agreed sale and purchase dates have to be within 7 days of taking out insurance.”
