“The key I ordered was not the same as the original. I ordered using the maker's name(GIVI) & the number, the GIVI key would only go in one way the new keys wouldn't go in at all the profiles were different. I removed the lock & had to file the keys multiple ways to get it to work. On a Plus they arrived really quickly. Not sure if the website is key specific enough.”

“I had to order a large amount of keys for lockers in the workplace (93 in total!). Wow I ordered on line on Tuesday and got a message from a colleague that a parcel had arrived for me on Wednesday. This was amazing service and so quick. Thank you sooooo much for turning this around so quickly.”
