“I made an error in ordering the wrong keys. Ian and Hayley replied promptly, replaced the key information so quickly that the correct keys still arrived within 48 hours. BTW the new keys work perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.”

“There was a problem with the first set of keys but after a few e mails trying to find out what it was they sent me a new set, I think this is a reputable company and I would recommend them.”

“Bought a replacement Yale key and is much cheaper, half the price at £8, they’re £18 on the Yale website. Wish I had ordered 3 from here at 20 odd pounds when I first had my door fitted than paying £45 for a set of 3 spares on the Yale site. I ordered one in the afternoon and received the next morning on standard delivery. Would definitely recommend and get again from them instead of Yale.”

“Absolutley awesome and simple gettign replacement keys from unusal manufacturers. Wasn't able to get replacements cut the traditional way and was able to get replicas delivered with a couple of days of my order, for letter box lock. Will use again and highly recommend the service.”

“The reason I have only rated 3 is because initially the keys supplied did not work. I sent you the lock as requested it was returned with new keys. The keys seemed to work holding the lock and turning the key but if you take the key out of and put it back in it does not work. So it is useless.”

“Incredible service. I ordered a replacement key for my 1977 Honda C70 at 16:40 and it arrived on my door step the next day! Works perfectly and can highly recommend to anyone who needs replacement keys, particularly older ones that are not commonly available through the usual high street shops.”

“I searched for keys for a secure bike storage, no luck! I asked manufacturer of storage who suggested I remove lock and get lock manufacturer to make keys..no way, too difficult. I tried "Replacement Keys Ltd" and found exactly what I wanted on their brilliant website. Ordered 2 keys at a decent price and postage cost and to be honest did not think the keys would work. How had I never heard of these people before? Ordered and arrived quickly then I tried the keys and they are absolutely perfect I now have spare keys for my secure storage unit. I'm very very impressed and will use again.”

“This is such an excellent service, I can’t praise you enough. I was concerned about getting additional front door keys as we hadn’t got a serial number etc but you sorted it from a photo I took of the key.
