“The product, price and quality are great, it's just the communication that for me, was severely lacking. I had to follow up a couple of times to get a response from them. I hadn't received my order or even a dispatch email after over a week, so emailed them. Only then I was told they couldn't find the keys in the catalogue could I provide a photo. Then once I'd sent the photo I had to email a couple of days later to check it was ok and what was happening. I placed my order on the 9th Jan, I received the keys on 22nd Jan...”

“Ordered 5 keys, first set arrived quickly, but wouldn’t unlock the door. New set sent out, worked fine, really great response to the problem. Would use again. A nationwide competitor who you might find at a supermarket and behind with T had 3 goes at these keys and couldn’t make a set that would work.”

“Great service, very convenient, well-priced. They only minor disadvantage is that With the key I received, you have to insert it fully into the lock key then retract it a fraction in order for it to work but, considering it was done from a photograph, it’s amazing that it works at all!”
