"Excellent service all round!\r\nAs a required security measure at the time, we had to equipment all our opening window stays with a lock mechanism, which was basically a specially-shaped bolt which was screwd down over the stay, so it wouldn't move, and thereby ensure that the window couldn't. either.\r\n\r\nThey've survived the ravages of time really well, and whil I had at least a couple of unique, special keys to lock\/unlock them, I thought, by way of 'belt-and-braces' it would make sense to get a few spares, as they're not overly large, and probably easily mislaid.\r\n\r\nThe key had the word 'Era' on it, which I knew was a nmae involved in the windowns business, so first of all scoured Amazon to get some. Unfortunatley, while there were some that 'looked' the same in the photo, they weren't exactly correct. I'd had a couple of 'Allen' keys sent, but they weren't the correct 'shape', not so much size.\r\n\r\nI then visited every B&Q, Screwfix, Toolstation, and smaller outlet, but no one had anything in stock.\r\n\r\nOne Door\/Window dealer scoured the internet for me, mainly looking for 'Era' products - new, or legacy - and eventually I landed on Replacement Keys Ltd!\r\n\r\nI looked through the online catalogue and came upon what, to all intents and purposes, were the very same keys I was looking for.\r\n\r\nBut, rather than order them first, and then have to return them if they weren't right, I took a picture of the 'Era' key I had at home and sent it across! By return, a very kind person confirmed that the keys were exacly the same, and were in stock. Consequently i initially bought an extra four and will be labelling them securely. Thes arrived virtually the next day after the weekend.\r\n\r\nIf you're ever looking for ANY type of key for ANY purpose, don't be put off by local retailers who won't be able to help, since they don't carry enough specific stock, but get straight in touch - phoe or email - with Replacement Keys Ltd, and, like me, you'll not only be delighted with their help and professionalism, but also you'll know where to come next time you're looking for something that isn't quite 'off -the-peg'! "Visited Timsons in my home town who advertised a key cutting service to replace lost keys. I provided the lock barrel code and explained that this should enable a new key to be cut but was advised that an original key was required. Slightly nonplussed at the lack of service \/ awareness from a key cutting shop i left and placed my order directly with Replacement Keys Ltd. \r\n2 x keys arrived just a couple of days later, sensibly packaged in a cardboard wallet with invoice details. Fully operational. One key is visible in the image, the other is in use! A very happy & relieved customer. \r\nWell done. "
