“I have used 'replacementkeys' services several times in the last about three years. Each time the service has been brilliant with new keys arriving in the post within a few days. They have always worked first time even from times I've sent photos of my originals. The most recent I filled out the order for five 'Yale' keys for a euro cylinder type lock using the codes provided with the lock and thought I'd sent it through. I hadn't got an automated response as I usually did, so sent an email on a Saturday asking the question as to had the order been received, expecting a reply the next working week. The following day, Sunday I got a reply saying it had not been recieved. This service really impressed me and I filled out the order and sent it that day. Two days later, on Tuesday I recieved the five keys, well packed in the post and exact copies of my original and at under half the price of ordering from the lock manufacturer or high street/ supermarket kiosks. Great savings, but brilliant and personal customer service. Thank you. I have recommended them to friends and family and business contacts as I trust them to get it done quickly, right the first time and at a reasonable price.”

“After ordering a replacement key that fitted the lock but would not turn, I emailed some photos of both the original key & its replacement. Ian replied quickly and a new key was issued at no additional cost. The new key arrived within 48 hours and worked perfectly.”
