“What a fantastic company! I sent an email asking for help with a replacement key for a ladies Giant e-bike. Wed managed to bend the only key we had, in the lock. Fortunately it still worked but I needed 2 replacement keys by first thing 2 mornings later as we were taking the bike to my sister-in-law in Wales (from Cornwall). We needed to be away by 10 (holiday traffic) I had no code for the key, so sent 5 photos of the bent key. (This was at 4.30pm Wednesday. By 7 pm I had an email telling me which key I needed with a link to order it. I immediately ordered 2 and paid for the extra speedy delivery (guaranteed next day). I picked up the keys from our local sorting office at 9.15, we were en route to Wales by 10. Both keys fitted perfectly. What superb service. I’ve already recommended you to our local Giant stockist!”

“I ordered 2 keys which arrived in a couple of days but unfortunately only one worked. I contacted the company who asked a photo including my existing key. They sent a replacement key the same day but unfortunately it didn't work either. I contacted them again to say I'd be happy with a refund for one key or a replacement and included a photo of my key with the three supplied. After a few days, they replied to say they were checking stocks and would be in touch. I received a new key the following day which worked fine. I appreciate mistakes happen but it's the way a company responds which defines their level of customer service and Ian at Replacement Keys was excellent. A well deserved five stars!”

“Purchased a car with a witter detachable towbar, The previous owner had lost the keys, and my local dealership could not offer assistance in obtaining replacement keys. I was able to Google Replacement Keys Ltd website, by entering lost detatchable towbar keys. when navigating the Replacement keys Ltd website, they gave detailed guidance on how to identify the make of towbar and serial number for a replacement key, by taking a photo on phone close up of the key barrel on the towbar locking mechanism. From this I could identify ACS as the manufacturer, and could then imput the replacement key code required from the photo. I then ordered two keys to that code, and paid for faster delivery. Within 48 hrs I had the keys. They worked first time, Enabling me to detach the towbar to store away when not in use. Many thanks to Replacement key Ltd, I have passed their company details on to the Car dealership. as they had asked me for them when telling them of my good Luck, saving on a more costly, drastic job.”
