“I couldn't get a spare key for my Shimano Steps Battery Tray lock anywhere locally, so did a quick Google search on line and found Replacement Keys Ltd. The reviews were promising and the order process was easy - give a serial number (if available) and upload a photograph of the key. I ordered a spare spare at the same time and the total cost including delivery was just over £10. My two keys arrived promptly within 3 working days and work perfectly. Replacement Keys Ltd. get 10 out of 10 from me!”

“Excellent speedy service. The new key looks identical to the original but the only true test will be when I come to open the caravan door. That won't be. until I go to France again next year so I have held back on the fifth star for that reason alone”
