“I needed a spare key for a hugh security lock but the first key they sent me didn't work very well. They asked for a picture of the original key and the one that they had sent. They spotted the issue and sent me a free of charge replacement within a couple of days. The replacement worked brilliantly. They responded very quickly to my emails, usualy the same day or within 24hrs. A superb service on all counts”

“I am very impressed with the service I received from the team at Replacement Keys Ltd. I placed an order however unfortunately, the keys did not work in my lock. I contacted the team to enquire if they may know of any thing I could try to assist. With no need to, they noticed from photographs alone what the issue was, that my Yale codes were incorrect, provided me the correct codes and replaced my keys! Above and beyond customer service and I will definitely be recommending them!”

“I ordered 2 different keys on Saturday, they arrived by post Tuesday after paying only minimum postage. Key 1 was for a 45 year old motorbike , key 2 was for a Givi top box I’ve had for over 30 years. Both keys fitted and worked perfectly. Well impressed considering I only gave them numbers, not the original keys to copy. The 2 different keys + postage cost just under £14, Timpsons wanted £26 each to cut copies. First time user of this company, would definitely use again and highly recommend them for speed, accuracy and price.”
