“Very fast and very efficient. I cobtacted Replacement Keys Ltd, because my key for my post box had snapped. Luckily the key had snapped before I had put it into the lock. I was advised by Replacement Keys Ltd to take photo of the broken key abd email it to them.. With my syrprise i had an email back letting me know,which key to order. I ordered the key, it was then dispatched the same day.. I received the key the very next day. I was kept updated via email which let me know that my order had been dispatched. I'm 1000% very satisfied.”

“I ordered a key for my key safe but the key did not fit. I messaged the company and was asked to take close up photos of the actual lock, which showed I had misread the key code. The firm were excellent and offered to send the correct key free of charge as a good will gesture. I received this the next day. I was very pleased and impressed by their customer service and would certainly use them again and recommend them.”

“Ordered 4 x Yale 3 star platinum and 2 x Yale 1 star superior keys recently. The keys came within a couple of days, however the 2 x Yale 1 star keys were missing from the delivery. An e-mail exchange to Replacement Keys sorted the issue and the missing keys were delivered the next day. Excellent service and all the keys worked perfectly. Fantastic!!!!”
